Good salary and modern offices

Cons

Awful culture. Qualified professionals are treated like children, zero flexibility on working hours or working from home, staff are not trusted. Not allowed personal items in desks, not even water bottles. Management seem to promote a back stabbing culture based on gossip and tittle tattle. Worst company culture I have ever experienced. No wonder they have such high staff turnover
