I have been working at Progressive IT full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Once you are hired 9/10 you wont here from them again unless there is an issue, but overall they are great to work for and pleasent to talk to.

    Cons

There are no benefits, no PTO, no Paid vacations, no holiday pay

    Advice to Management

The company should consider offering PTO, Paid Holidays, and vacation for employees who has been with the company for over a year. Workers are taking away from their families almost every holiday and not compensated for it.

I worked at Progressive IT (Less than a year)

    Pros

Quick interview process, recruiters get back to you quickly, willing to work around your schedule when coordinating interview conference calls.

    Cons

Process for submitting timesheets and expenses very antiquated -(This is supposed to be "Progressive IT") Once on-board, HR take a while to get back to you. Getting re-reimbursed is a challenge.
