Pros
-Great people - really hardworking, smart and fun -Shiny new office with a roof terrace -Free breakfast -Really sociable - quarterly events, after work drinks every Thursday and Friday afternoon drinks for our weekly company meeting -Ability to move up and get lots of responsibility quickly
Cons
-High employee turnover -No HR -Lots of resourcing issues - feels like most are over-resourced -Low pay -Lots of working late and lots of stress - not worth it for the salary -Really bad at communication! -Lots of restructuring consultancy teams so there is a lack of consistency with line management -Feels like there is a huge divide in how people actually feel and how senior management thinks things are going
