Pros

I started at ProperExpression in 2020 as an account coordinator and have since grown into a leadership role. PE pushed me to think bigger, gave me real work to own, and backed me up along the way. That kind of growth doesn't just happen, it's intentional here! The thing that keeps me engaged is how much we actually care about client results. Not vanity metrics. Real pipeline impact and revenue outcomes. That's not common at agencies, and it changes how the work feels day to day. Since day 1, we've been committed to creating a strong culture where people love showing up to work each day. People are collaborative, standards are high, and leadership is accessible. Even with a remote work environment, we've been able to build a team that supports one another and has fun together. If you're looking for a place where you can move fast, do meaningful work, and grow your career, this is it!

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say. I've loved my last 5+ years and see myself being here for many more years to come!

Pros

The people make this job. Everyone communicates openly, leadership is direct and honest, and there's a real sense that your growth matters here. I came in as an EA and quickly got involved in recruiting, culture initiatives, and operations, the variety keeps every week interesting. You're never just doing one thing.

Cons

Not a con but the team is proactively working on building and refining internal systems to keep pace with technology and industry best practices. It's an evolving process, and that's actually exciting to be part of.

Pros

The process had a clear structure from day one. I knew what was coming next at every stage, which made it easy to prepare and stay engaged. The culture survey early on felt different from most applications, like they actually wanted to understand how I think before deciding if I was worth their time. Responses came back fast. No ghosting, no vague "we'll be in touch." When I heard back, I had a timeline. The screening call was short and purposeful. It was a real conversation, not a checklist. From there, two interviews gave me enough exposure to the team to actually evaluate the role, not just sell myself into it. The case study was the right kind of hard. It was practical, not a trick question. I got to show how I actually work. Background check and reference calls felt like a formality by that point. The whole team seemed to already know what they wanted. I started the following week.

Cons

None. The process worked and I loved meeting leadership throught the process.
