I have been working at Prosegur full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It is a multinational that offers a wide variety of security products and is growing, lots of investment in new technologies, and new products.

    Cons

There are no advancement opportunities in my area, nor loyalty and experience are recognised; lots of new personnel in sales, but almost none in other departments; lack of commitment from management towards employees in my area; no opportunity to provide feedback, suggestions, or other in new marketing campaigns, etc.

I have been working at Prosegur full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    havent come across any

    Cons

Prosegur dont believe in pay rises, old managers running the show and cutting the cost just so they can have there bonuses, staff are very unhappy and after almost 3 years still no payrise. positions are never advertised, only seem to be using existing staff members who are doing triple the work, still havent gotten a pay rise after 2 yrs of working with this company, its disgusting and OLD management need to GO.

    Advice to Management

Wake up and stop recycling staff who are doing triple the work, employees are under alot of stress and managers don't seem to care, employees keep leaving and all you people are doing is using other staff from other departments leaving that department with no coverage, we deserve to be acknowledged not ignored. WAKE UP SPAIN! we need to be heard
