- They have been focusing and investing in work/life balance much more compared to previous years - They continue to make positive changes since I originally started - REMOTE WORK!!!!

Cons

- Work can get overwhelming, but that is on the client. Not the agency. - Client makes impactful decisions that have affected employment for some folks on the team
