Great Caring Company
Feb 28, 2023 - Operations Manager in Lancaster, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros

The House Always Wins!
Nov 18, 2022 - Area Sales Representative in Exton, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Top Shelf Water filtration products that help small and medium sized businesses. For the right person, you'll never run out of prospects. Locally owned and operated.
Cons
The House always Wins. In this position your first two sales of the month go to the House. You will be constantly dancing on a razor blade and walking on egg shells. There is a Large amount of prospecting/marketing activity involved in this job. You don't get paid for marketing. You get paid on closed deals. Based on the structure that is in place today, in this position, you will be on a constant and never ending uphill treadmill. You will also have to deal with redundant and unnecessary meetings, which take away from time you could be using to prospect. In this position, you are also competing with the House who can sell the same product at a lower price. The House handles telemarketing leads and doles them out to those they feel are most deserving. The House gets slam dunk sales. The reps get tire kickers.

Cons
6 days a week Sundays off only sucks

Dead end job, me too products, unrealistic sales expectations
Jan 22, 2021 - Sales Representative in Lancaster, PARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Independence of outside sales for the most part.
Cons
Office culture is toxic, company takes first $800 in commission each month as some half azz draw. This is cumulative as well. With people working from home, and offices hotels, schools, etc closed, 75% of the prior potential business is gone. It was tough enough before the virus hit but is almost impossible not to make quota. Managers like to hear themselves talk and will outright lie to you and only care about covering their own butts.
