Toxic Culture, Poor Leadership & High Team/Client Churn

Pros

The location is the only real advantage

Cons

My experience at Push Group was extremely disappointing and toxic. The culture felt political, reactive, and heavily driven by micromanagement. Leadership often appeared disconnected from the realities of modern paid media while remaining heavily involved in day-to-day execution. One of the biggest issues was capacity management. On paper, resource allocation looked fine, but it rarely reflected reality. Teams were frequently understaffed, lacked adequate executive support, and were expected to manage growing workloads without the necessary resources. When concerns were raised, the issue was often framed as a time-management problem rather than a genuine resourcing gap. Employee wellbeing regularly seemed secondary to client retention and commercial performance. Burnout, stress, and unrealistic expectations felt normalised rather than addressed. Morale was consistently low, and both employee and client churn appeared high. Teams changed frequently, accounts were regularly reassigned, and there was a constant sense of instability. There were also instances that felt discriminatory and exclusionary. Combined with questionable professionalism from senior leadership and the open discussion of sensitive topics in front of wider teams, this created an uncomfortable working environment. HR processes lacked transparency and consistency. Employee concerns did not always appear to be handled fairly, and some practices felt misaligned with the principles promoted by ACAS. Overall, this was not a healthy, supportive, or professionally mature workplace. I would strongly encourage anyone not to join this toxic company.
