      Pros

      We recruit doers and people who can lead by example. This is not the place to come and take a back seat but one were you bring your ideas to life. In 5 years we have built thanks to the team the most amazing IoT platform in the market (and much more to come in the next few years). Generous Stock option plan in place to reward all our employees

      Cons

      If you do not like deadlines and hard work then stay away! As a company we operate across the full stack from dashboard, cloud portals, device management platform, connectivity and hardware. Our customers have come to expect and rely on our devices for regular IoT applications through to mission critical solutions. That means we need to deliver 100% quality on time, every time... that can cause much stress but also gives you plenty of scope for success and accomplishment!
