It is a VERY dirty job. Management is running the place into the ground. I was constantly wondering if the place will be in the red or black. The outlook wasn't very good from a business standpoint. I put in my 2 weeks notice and they resigned me immediately, and they shorted me on my vacation time payout. They pretend to care about you but its all a paper trail to cover their behinds.
Engineering staff is a joke in a facility that requires constant coordination with engineering, management and maintenance. Turnaround is high and training is nonexistent so people don't know what to do, or how to effectively do their jobs.
Health benefits exist but pretty expensive to employee. Very little chance of moving up, and company policy applies to whomever they choose.
