Pros

I am only writing in defense of the previous review, the previous review is a result of someone who was fired for non performance. Who ever this person is, they are self centered and cannot see their own fault. Sure, there are a tonne of things that may not be correct, but God, the team is more toxic than the managers. There is a Russian GANG, a Indian GANG, Arabic GANG and then the most toxic one the Filipino GANG. I would argue the shazz is the only person who kept these gangs in check and made sure they are united. Everyone was safe until he was there, the day he was gone everyone came after the the CX team and 15 people were let go based on color, race and identify. 99% of the people fired were non-white.

Cons

There is something fishy about all the money movement in the company, this one thing I agree with the previous review.

Pros

I am absolutely appalled by the blatant racism displayed by the company. My recent experience with them has left me deeply disturbed and disappointed. It is my responsibility to share this review as a cautionary tale for others who might consider engaging with this company. From the outset, it was evident that Pyypl has a deeply ingrained culture of racism. Their senior management demonstrated (Shifali from HR and Antti -CEO) shocking insensitivity and disrespect towards individuals from different ethnic backgrounds. Instead of providing support, called us in a room and told me that I am fired, although I am a decent performer. What's worse is that when I attempted to voice my concerns, the CEO was dismissive and unresponsive. They showed a complete lack of accountability for their actions and seemed disinterested in managing emotion of the people who have lost the job. I am told by Daniel Blizzard the HR head that the decision is from the CEO and the CEO says its HR. Its a clear game of ping pong.

Cons

This level of racism has not only permeated their front-line employees but is also tolerated at higher levels of the organisation. As someone who believes in equality and human dignity, I cannot in good conscience recommend Pyypl to anyone. Their disgraceful conduct goes against the principles of inclusivity and respect that any reputable company should uphold. I implore anyone considering using their services to think twice before supporting a business that not only condones but actively practices racism, and considering to work with them is just out of the questions. If I would stay jobless and be offered a position back at Pyypl with double the salary that I make, I would not go for it.

Pros

No pros honestly, no pros at all.

Cons

**Title: Pyypl's Potential is Being Wasted by a Self-Serving Leadership Team** It’s frustrating to see what’s happening at Pyypl. This company could be doing great things, but instead, it’s being dragged down by people who care more about their paychecks than the company’s future. The tech team, which should be driving innovation, is a mess. There are people here making outrageous amounts of money while barely contributing anything. It’s like they’re just draining the company’s resources without giving anything back. This is a big reason why Pyypl always seems to be struggling financially. When the new CEO was appointed, I had some hope that things might change. But honestly, that hope is fading fast. As long as the previous CEO and some of the other top execs are still around, the company’s going to keep spiraling downward. These leaders seem more interested in protecting their own interests than in helping the company grow. Even if the new CEO has big ambitions, they won’t mean much if he doesn’t clean house and deal with the deeper issues in the leadership team. Pyypl desperately needs a shake-up, starting with the CTO and CPO. The current leaders in these roles seem more focused on their own benefits than on actually contributing to the company’s success. It’s time for new leaders—people who are passionate about the company’s future, not just their salaries. Pyypl has so much potential, but it’s being squandered by a leadership team that’s stuck in the past. The new CEO has a chance to turn things around, but only if he takes bold action and brings in leaders who truly care about the company’s growth. If that doesn’t happen, Pyypl will just be another story of missed opportunities.
