Pros
The only real pros are having flexible start and end times for the day
Cons
Working with Student Executives is difficult at the best of times Management have no direction for the business Expectations are incredibly high for the little pay Expected to do roles outside of your position description more often than what would be considered reasonable Culture is awful and management seem to be oblivious that they are the reason for it being so bad No staff actually want to stay and are all actively seeking positions
