    Pros

Very nice company to work with. My one project got ended and within 2 weeks I got another project. They move very fast in getting another position. Keep up the good work.

    Cons

I wish they have better benefits.

    Advice to Management

Employee will prefer to stay as contractor rather then full time employee if Quadrant offers better benefits.

    I worked at Quadrant full-time

    Pros

Try to make it fun - great atmosphere, perks, etc. Pretty much the only good thing - run fast from this company.

    Cons

Egos, cutthroat, competitive is just a couple of words that come to mind. Family owned company so you get the family drama/dynamics/dysfunction. To succeed at Quadrant, you have to be related, a family friend, or flirt with their son. You will not make it if you are not or do not one of the above. Very toxic work environment and they will keep having high turnover until something changes. Same rules do not apply to everyone. You can outperform another employee, but if they have the connection, you will get nowhere.

I worked at Quadrant full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Most of my coworkers were great and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and work with them

You will learn a LOT about staffing, both externally and through an agency

Learned a lot about different fields of work and got to work with some awesome people and clients

Holidays (including Columbus Day, which was weird but a nice day (fantastic weather as well) to have off both years I was with Quadrant

CEO and most of management is great and you can tell that they care

Stocked wine and beer refrigerator and snacks!

You really get out what you put in - and are compensated for it

    Cons

A few (but not most) people are really petty and narcissistic

Not a lot of effort put forth to include everyone in lunches, happy hours, etc

In order to "shake things up" rules change and major decisions can happen on a whim of someone's emotions - doesn't help with building relationships with candidates or clients

Health insurance options are not the best

It's a staffing company - people are going to do what they do whether it be bailing on an interview, not showing up to work, etc...they will do things that will continue to surprise you but as long as you know that and can move on from it you will be fine

    Advice to Management

Most managers are great and hold everyone to the same standards, but not all - I felt like there were a lot of double standards that I was held to but not others. Be willing to listen to your employees - you will understand them and they will want to work for you (because when they do well, so do you) and will feel cared for. Build the culture you want - don't let pettiness reign. Just because someone is good at their job doesn't mean they can manage people who are doing that job.

I really don't have any complaints or grievances for most of the team, though - thanks for all you do day in and day out to make your teams better. I am better for having worked here.

    Pros

Front my very first day I felt extremely welcomed. Everyone goes out of there way to meet you and establish relationships with you
Our CEO is a very genuine and caring person and she will go above and beyond for you
My managers are extremely helpful and only want to see you succeed
There is no cap on what you can make here... the potential for growth is amazing

    Cons

If you aren't accessible 24/7 this might not be for you.. its not necessary a con but we are very costumer service oriented

I have been working at Quadrant full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent work environment, offering a lot or room for growth (if you are willing to work for it). Definitely not a place for people not willing to get their hands dirty to get ahead, as most recruiters working in an agency environment can attest to. They give you all of the tools for success and the rest is what you make of it and what kind of work you are willing to put in.

    Cons

Not a ton of training when I started, but since then, lengthier and more engaging training sessions have been implemented.

    Pros

Vibrant and exciting environment to work for. Very competitive compensation (dare to say, best in the area). Excellent management team that wants everyone to succeed.

    Cons

If you don't like work-hard, play-hard environment. I guess this place wouldn't be for you.
