    Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at Quadrant full-time

    Pros

Seems good at first. Clean office space. CEO and managers will be nice to your face.

    Cons

Really no room for growth, awful benefits, toxic environment...a lot of talking behind your back and deceit. Cliquey. Highly unprofessional environment.

    Advice to Management

A company shouldn't be run like a high school mean girls' clique.

I have been working at Quadrant full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay was great. The manager of the firm is really great. I spoke with her face to face and she shared with me. Awesome lady.

    Cons

Jump through hoops to get the job done at last minute. I was never made to feel like I was apart of the team. The recruiter would call me anytime she felt like it. Late as 10:00 pm at night. She changed my resume and I was overlooked for jobs. I was told when I called in maybe I have not had a good experience with their agency to look elsewhere. I was never late, never fired or did I ever miss a day at work. A professional phone call back would have been nice to say we don't have any work available instead I was just ignored. My husband is military and I have worked for many agencies. Never have I been treated like I have been at Quadrant!

    Advice to Management

Yes, it's a temp. agency. Make the people you hire feel apart of the team. They are representing your agency when they show up to jobs. Hold recruiters accountable for their conversations and actions. When you have good people who show up to work and want to work. Never ignore their communication and respond back. You can use email, telephone Etc.

I worked at Quadrant full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Only pros I could think of are it's a reliable paycheck, and the pre-hiring process was thorough and timely.

    Cons

Poor benefits, unclear expectations, rude, over-dramatic recruiters, no HR support, no communication between payroll and recruiters. Rudest people I’ve met!

    Advice to Management

Communicate better, show more respect/care for the people you place with clients - have their back too!! Get better benefits.

The recruiters are professional, hard working and very attentive. I am so thankful, that my first experience working through contracting was through quadrant. My recruiter, Dena is a very hard working, and straight forward person. I can not express how appreciative I am of her hard work, and great advice. I have been hired full time, through the assignment she sent me on!

    Advice to Management

Dena is a great recruiter, and should be recognized.
