Pros

Personnel in accounting is hard working and puts in a lot of time.

Cons

I worked in corporate finance replacing an employee who was leaving to start her own business. A month later, she has decided to return and announced her business did not work. Then, the president let me go. The software used is not integrated, which creates a lot of manual labor and inefficiencies. Poor benefits.

While the company appreciates all feedback, we stand firmly behind our decision. As a small business, each employee has a key role in the efficient and effective operations of the business. Regrettably, there are occasions where a person is not a good fit for a variety of reasons and we are forced to make tough decisions. QuarterLine strives to provide a good working environment to all employees with a solid systems infrastructure and the best benefits available to a company of our size.

Company appears to take care of their employees on the surface.

Cons

Company does not call employees back when they have questions on the client sites. Company consistently provides wrong information to employees. Company leadership does not speak with human resources regarding company relations to get correct information. Company frequently lies to employee. Company does not support employees during emergencies.
