We strive for a culture where everyone feels empowered to contribute to our collective mission of building valuable video solutions. We’re sorry to learn that this was not your experience, but hope you’re encouraged by a few (of many!) recent changes. To start, we recently hired an engineering leader with a track record of enabling teams to build complex analytics and AI-powered products. We are also actively hiring additional engineering talent as we scale the business and are confident they will positively contribute to our existing product portfolio. In addition to these more recent changes, our business has several long-standing initiatives that foster the culture we strive for every day. For example, in our bi-weekly company All Hands meeting, a different team member delivers updates each week to ensure all employees get a chance to lead the conversation. Further, an ongoing training series covers a range of topics from video production to leadership and provides many professional development opportunities. As a fast-growing startup, we are not committed to perfection, but constant improvement. We find ourselves at an exciting inflection point as we scale and are confident that our best days are ahead of us.
