Pros
The company makes you feel part of their family. There is the staple bagel Fridays, but there are company events every few months to premier their shows so they make you proud of what you created. And you get to look at the ocean!

Fair compensation. The view from the offices aren't bad either.
Cons
Poor communication of product deliverables at planning stages result in moving goalposts all through production. Lack of proper planning time for productions result in high production staff turnover (as a function of aforementioned moving goalposts). Little to no accountability across the board. No fortitude when dealing with bad clients.
