Pros

Fully remote and unlimited PTO (but the PTO wasn't always guaranteed)

Cons

Extremely unorganized agency. Everything internally was an absolute mess. No folders or server to find previously saved work for any client, and the managers didn't seem to care, despite constant complaints from clients. It made me uncomfortable, especially coming from a highly organized, top-tier agency that is nationally recognized. Managers either did the bare minimum or micromanaged you. There was no respect for boundaries after work hours. You were expected to be available at all times just because you're fully remote. A lot of the communication I saw between a manager and client was inappropriate. Pay is low and there aren't any other benefits besides health insurance.
