Pros

Get to work with big brands and in the experiential industry. Fast-paced environment that may appeal to those who prefer a high-pressure workplace.

Cons

This is not a place to grow. There appears to be a strong presence of nepotism, with a majority of staff consisting of family members, which limits opportunities for advancement. The company seems to rely heavily on hiring college students or professionals with minimal experience, but expectations are set at a perfectionist level without proper training or support. There is little to no structured onboarding, and new hires are expected to perform immediately without being given the tools or guidance to succeed. The interview process itself raises concerns. Candidates may be asked to complete a deck or project without clear instructions or a defined timeline, which is a red flag and reflects the lack of structure within the company. Leadership sets the tone, and the culture reflects a heavy emphasis on hustle and perfection without the structure to support it. Communication and organization are lacking. During my time there, it was made clear that “lazy people” are not tolerated, and employees may be expected to complete tasks outside of their role, including fetching coffee and running personal errands for management. Onboarding was extremely disorganized. There was no clear plan for training or responsibilities, and it often felt like management didn’t know what to do with new hires. Employees are expected to take initiative, but when questions are asked, there is little to no direction provided. Feedback is also lacking. If there are concerns about performance, they are not communicated directly. Instead, issues are escalated without giving employees a chance to improve. They will let go of employees without any prior warning or conversation, which reflects the overall lack of communication and structure within the company. College students and early-career professionals should be cautious. The company often frames its lack of communication, training, and structure as part of being a “fast-paced environment.” In reality, this can result in unclear expectations, minimal support, and little opportunity to succeed or grow.

Pros

Some employees were great. Free snacks. Guess that's not a great start...

Cons

Management. It's all a family hierarchy. At the top is Ralphie Hooligan. He "runs" this place like a high school shop class. Seems untouchable as I've witnessed him bring an account manager to tears once. But, she was too scared to even report him to hr. Most people there have devolved to "yes men". Even his "friend" and ops manager has complained about him, but like most, he's either too afraid or something to even make any fuss about it. He sure loves mentioning how much more money he has over his employees. His wife, the COO, is also a piece of work. And don't get me started on his sister, the main Ops Manager. This whole place is a big "NO NO" to work at, unless you don't mind being a mindless drone and be kissing butt.

Pros

None, none, none, none, and none.

Cons

Unless you are friends / family with the owners in San Diego, an outsider with actual experience, they will not consider you.
