    I worked at RWE full-time

    Pros

various technologies you can get in touch

    Cons

Since the RWE IT company sold all their belongings to an Indian company and outsourced the workload, no more friendly people there.
The level of skill went down rapidly
    The salaries are very low

    Advice to Management

You should resign for selling and outsourcing the IT part of the company to India.

Inflexible company, bad strategy, too German, top-down focus

I worked at RWE full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Comprehensive benefits scheme as you would expect from a large corporate. Good offices and working environment. Career advancement opportunities.

    Cons

Perpetual reorganisations very destabilising to morale. Slow and ponderous corporate parent, imagines that firm is nimble whilst it is crushingly slow.

    Advice to Management

Keep struggling on. Try and find a coherent strategy. Try to be more empathetic with the delivery of information to staff.
