      Great place to learn every facet of your department if you’re just starting out

      Cons

      CEO is a sexist micromanager who only cares about money NA leadership is incapable of providing vision, direction or strategy Zero resources provided for shared services teams No work life balance No support for leadership Pay equity is non existent and pay is aggressively low No accountability, only finger pointing Bad behavior and unprofessionalism is rewarded No clear objectives or growth opportunities US is looked down on compared to other international offices Org is NOT profitable and likely never will be Company only cares about AI use and neglects customer feedback if it contradicts what the CEO wants to do Clear favoritism towards certain employees towards leadership

      Pros

      Great products and a lot of opportunity for growth. Fun culture full of good and talented people. Product testing sports technologies - doesn't get any better than that! Fast-paced, everyday is different.

      Cons

      Some people might struggle with the fast pace. A lot of work to be done with a pretty small team. Not the place for someone who doesn't like to roll up their sleeves and get things done - we move fast.
