Pros

Good for self learning individuals, Fast-paced environment with opportunities to take ownership.

Cons

Limited transparency, perceived favoritism, burnout risk, and insufficient support for employee concerns. The company has ambitious goals and presents itself as a modern, employee-focused workplace. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that image. Leadership is effective at communicating vision and driving outcomes, but employee concerns often seemed secondary. Communication could be selective, and important context was not always shared consistently, making it difficult to understand decisions or trust the process behind them. One of the most difficult aspects of my experience was the lack of psychological safety. Speaking openly about burnout, workload concerns, or workplace issues never felt comfortable. There was a persistent feeling that raising concerns could result in being viewed negatively rather than being genuinely heard and supported. Workplace relationships were also challenging at times. Respectful collaboration was not always the standard, and dismissive or unnecessarily rude behavior from colleagues often went unchecked. Over time, this created an environment that felt isolating rather than supportive. I also observed what appeared to be favoritism. Recognition, visibility, and opportunities did not always seem to align with contribution or performance. This made it difficult to feel confident that effort alone would be rewarded fairly and contributed to a growing sense of frustration and disengagement. What ultimately made the experience difficult was the emotional toll of constantly having to manage perceptions while dealing with increasing stress. There was an expectation to remain positive and fully committed regardless of circumstances, while genuine concerns often felt minimized or overlooked. The company frequently operates with the expectations and pressures of a large corporation while offering fewer of the employee benefits, safeguards, and support systems that typically help people succeed in demanding environments This may be a suitable environment for individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and internal politics. Others may find the culture emotionally draining and difficult to sustain over the long term.
