Pros

Fully remote work environment (likely beneficial for reducing the company's operational costs). Management forcefully encouraged employees to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor, based on my experience.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement with little employee autonomy. Poor leadership and lack of professional management practices. Unhealthy workplace culture, including inappropriate discussions about employees' personal lives. Inexperienced management and poor decision-making. Employees were reportedly pressured to accept salary reductions of up to 50% after probation to continue working. What I perceived as a sexually inappropriate and abusive work environment. To the best of my knowledge, the company was not legally registered in Bangladesh or the United States during my employment. I believed many of the company's positive online reviews were generated internally and did not accurately reflect employee experiences. Overall, I would not recommend the company due to concerns about its management, culture, and employment practices.

Pros

The scope of work is significant but the compensation doesn't reflect that at all. 6 days a week, night shift, constant activity monitoring - it creates a low-grade anxiety you never really shake off. Tasks can sometimes be vague or unrealistic, and when you can't deliver exactly what was asked, even if the ask itself was unclear, the disappointment is very much directed at you. Heavily micromanaged but paradoxically under-supported. Not somewhere I'd recommend long-term unless you're purely there for the experience.

Cons

Learned a lot quickly, which sounds like a positive but mostly means you're thrown into things with minimal guidance and expected to figure it out yourself.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and experience with Ray Advertising. We appreciate both positive and constructive feedback because it helps us improve as a growing company. As a fast-paced performance marketing organization operating across multiple time zones and high-responsibility projects, we understand that our work environment may not be the right fit for everyone. At the same time, our goal has always been to create opportunities for learning, growth, and long-term career development, especially for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving industry. Because of the nature of our business, employees are often exposed to multiple responsibilities and real-world operational challenges early on, which can sometimes feel intense or demanding. We also understand the concerns regarding communication clarity, workload balance, monitoring systems, and management support. These are areas we are actively reviewing internally as we continue improving our operational structure, training processes, management systems, and employee experience. We genuinely appreciate the effort and contribution of everyone who has worked with us, and we wish you success in your future career journey. — Ray Advertising Management
