+ Agency life can be hard if you haven't worked in it. Clients and projects ebb and flow and so agency work can feel rocky if you're not used to it. + It is a small/medium sized agency so if you are looking for a ladder to title hop on, this isn't your shop. You grow here through contributing to projects, through influencing the ways of work, and through subject matter expertise, not through title structure. + If you need to be told exactly what to do, this isn't your shop. Folks that forge their own way, have ideas they push forward, and an entrepreneurial spirit do better.
