Reed has a great work environment and team that makes me feel supported all the time. The benefits of working for Reed doesn't stop at being surround amazing people but the company also offers hybrid and flexible working, office facilities for those who travel a long journey (such as car chargers), loads of discounts including private health and care, and many other things that if I keep listing, I will spend all day here.

Cons

Unfortunately, the recruitment market at the moment is not the best, so salaries for this industry can be lower than in other industries. But at Reed we always get increases, bonuses are great and the benefits, recognition and rewards compensates this.
