Pros

Incredible IC’s. Free water, lots of vending machines that never work.

Cons

Gross mismanagement on the manufacturing side. Leadership decisions are solely nepotism based. The current Production Manager announced his departure months before actually leaving and gives his role to the least qualified individuals and expects the rest of the team to follow suit. This has created severe distrust and an overall toxic work environment . Things have changed for the worst.

Pros

Eric Schmidt is an engaged and committed CEO. Rockets are cool and it's a privilege to work on them.

Cons

Regarding the software group, the feel is more like a late-stage corporation than a startup; unfortunately, the political sharks are eating the hard-working minnows. There is noticeable tribalism between different demographics. Those in power treat workers as disposable, knowing they can easily replace them with the next wave of people eager to work in the industry
