Pros

Remote working, bonus, Annual Leave.

Cons

Micro management, no genuine care for employees. People at the top are only looking at profitability. No job autonomy, expected to bend over backwards for customers and be treated less than by them. When significant placements are closed you are rewarded with miniscule items such as confectionary. Bonus is realistically just a way of keeping base salaries down and if they can afford it they pay them out, most people's salaries should have a minimum of the amount of the bonus included.
