Management always had problems staying organized, put extra work on everyone below them. Would blame others for their mistakes.
Overworked. 50+ hours a week and then upset when you choose not to work on one of your days off. Excuses were always given and did not care for employees well being.
Any reviews you read saying other wise are most likely fake.
