    Fair commission structure and incentive pay

    Cons

    Poor training and ramp up period. Expectations do not meet training foundation provided. Very high turnover rate. Sales employees are treated as very disposable.

    Align sales training with actual job. Treat sales as if they matter and invest in their success.

    Pros

    You have some times you have to work, but otherwise make you own schedule. Most of the people who work there are nice. There is the potential to make good money.

    Cons

    Chaotic. Not systematic, and methods keep changing. Only a few people do well, the rest struggle. They pit workers against each other to compete. They encourage sales of unnecessary products.

    Support your employees better. Get organized.
