      Work and Life balance, that's it.

      Leadership--CEO thinks he's a Marketing Genius, but he's only an Engineer. The entire focus of the "Sales Team" is to target the people in organizations that hire consultants in order to "place" Transiris employees and then use these employees as a means to bring in additional support from the company to back them up. Too dependent on their relationship with IBM--90% of what they recommend and support. Use their relationship with IBM to disguise their marketing communications so that the target thinks their talking to IBM.

      - colleagues are great, really helpful - remote work - very fast pace learning - flexibility

      Cons

      - top management (and by this I refer to the CEO mostly) is very controlling, very inflexible when it comes to taking into account other's opinions, manipulative and aggressive - the volume of work is really high, even though the work hours were flexible extra hours were needed almost all the time (extra hours are not paid) - CEO does not know to offer feedback, it feels more like an attack directly towards people - constant stress - difficult clients - no bonuses whatsoever - no team buildings - the organizational culture is super toxic, sometimes you are influenced to be over competitive with your other colleagues
