Pasion for vision, interesting business model, learning how to work remotely

Cons

CEO is very disorginized, does not read what he asks for, changes plans constantly, disregars the opinion of employees and managers, no clear organizational culture, hard to get to know people in other departments, no addinional benefits besides the salary and working remotely which is part of the business model to use cheaper labor than what you would have to pay in the US

It’s an awesome place, especially if you’re looking to start your career. You get hands-on experience working on real projects and learn how to build complete MLOps pipelines. It honestly doesn’t feel like work — it feels fun. The Pune team is amazing, and there’s a lot of energy as the team plans to expand. We work from a co-working space in Pune, and the flexibility the startup offers is one of its best perks. It feels like a unicorn-style startup that’s growing exponentially. The founder is very ambitious and constantly motivates and pushes every employee to grow.

Cons

If you have thick skin, discipline, and genuinely love what you do, you’ll rarely find real downsides in any workplace.
