      Pros

      The company is growing fast and trying hard to establish a great culture along the way. You're surrounded by a lot of hard working, talented people. Overall, leadership listens to and cares about their employees. I enjoy working at Revenew!

      Cons

      Typical growing pains. Not a lot of vacation time given. A lot of work for not the greatest pay.

      Pros

      It's great if you're want starting your career and want to be involved in tech or if you're a mid career professional looking to jump into the current tech trends in marketing automation industry. Fantastic non-management people!

      Cons

      The company is very small. It calls itself a start-up company but have had the same failing business model for 7 years. They have never been profitable. Raises are for when they believe your going to leave. Management has blinders on and believe thru Red Bulls and long hours they will make the business successful. Antiquated ideas of management. Toxic environment.
