Chapter 11

Pros

I have to put 5 words here ... there are no pros.

Cons

CRAZY dumpster fire would be the only way to describe this place. The company is facing a big lawsuit and just filed Chapter 11 - its public record you can literally Google it... so he cut almost everyone salary and put us on 1099 status .. while some recruiters remained W2 - salary and benefits intact. Constant changes, no management, no one knows anything, its a revolving door / hire and fire shop.

We do something that very few other agencies offer, we make our financials available to anyone on the team. In addition, we made Inc Magazine’s list for one of the fastest-growing companies in our region. This summer, we expect to make their national list of the fastest-growing companies. To qualify our CPA firm submits verifiable financial documents to the publication. This year we are on track to exceed a 7-figure EBITDA. I’m sorry things didn’t turn out the way you hoped. But I can promise you that if you were generating strong sales like many people who’ve been with us for years, you'd still be with the organization. I sincerely hope that your next professional endeavor turns out to be a more positive one.

Pros

Very collaborative! Some of their perks are unheard of in the industry which is very appealing to tenured successful folk that have been in this industry for some time. You get your commission paid on the candidate start date rather than when the client pays, lots of flexibility & work-life balance, high bases with a competitive commission structure, amazing medical benefits, all the best platforms are provided, etc. The owner John is truly someone special. He's all about his employees and ensuring he has everyone's back at all times. This is a home for someone who is looking to run a desk as if it were to be their own business but with the best systems and support to make sure you are successful. All the pain points you might find at another agency have been removed here.

Cons

There aren't more agencies like this one. Truly, this industry needs a major facelift, and RightWorks is doing just that.

Pros

Great DT office, very relaxed environment.

Cons

Not sure what the vision is. Very unorganized. A ton of drama and immaturity from top to bottom

We're sorry that you are not having a positive experience. As the CEO, my office is always open and as stated in the vast majority of our numerous other positive reviews on this site, we highly value communication and hence take everyone's feedback to heart. No matter what company you work for, please convey to the management any perceived shortcomings, I can promise you if they care about their company, they will most certainly have a very open ear to everything that you have to say.
