      Pros

      Great pay and hours. A lot of travel. New experiences gained daily. Become wind technician without needing to go to school for it.

      Cons

      Contract work, so after a contract ends you could be out of work for months. Supervisors and managers send people out for jobs based on favoritism not skill set, convenience, or work needs of employees.

      Pros

      Pays good if you stick around long enough Travel a lot They pay to fly you home every 6 weeks Raises are good when you get them

      Cons

      Don’t always answer the phone They nickel and dime you on everything if your trying to get your final paycheck Requested tools don’t always show up and sometimes they show up broke. The food supervisors and upper management have either passed or left the company Don’t look at there techs as People just numbers They don’t offer retirement and benefits suck

      Pros

      You make all your money on the road, the per diem always adds up to pretty good paychecks.

      Cons

      You only get to be home for 1 week every 6 weeks, unpaid. Hard to have a family or social life when you're always gone. They don't have any home location sites. So, if you're single and no kids, this could be for you. If you're married or have kids, I would personally find another company with a home base.
