      Flexible time off Most of the people who work there are great HR puts on potlucks and other events for employees

      Cons

      Poor management basically too many cheifs communication is severely lacking management plays favorites and can be very petty advancement is unlikely as they will get rid of you and find someone else pay is some what low considering how much more machinists make elsewhere
