Pros
Remote position offered, good pay if it was real.
Cons
Interview was a long form questionnaire. No face to face interviews, no zoom, no call, no human interaction. When asked about direct deposit they said there were issues verifying my account and then they ghosted me when I asked for assistance. The whole thing felt like a scam. Had to get software engineer friends to verify the company and interactions were real. Such a shame.

The work is fast-paced and demanding, but if you can handle the intensity, it's incredibly rewarding. You’ll get to collaborate with smart, talented people and work on exciting projects for some really impressive clients. The agency attracts creative, driven individuals, and being part of that energy is motivating. There's a real sense of pride in the work we do, and wins feel genuinely earned.
Cons
This is not a 9-to-5 job. The pace can be relentless and expectations are high. It can be hard to find balance at times, and if you're not comfortable with constant deadlines and shifting priorities, it might not be the right fit. Opportunities for advancement can be limited depending on your role.
