      a lot of people on the ground level still really care. opportunity to help families and do good is there

      Cons

      management at best has its head in the clouds, and at worst doesnt care about anyone but themselves. bullying in certain departments runs rampant and management does nothing about it, the IT guy regularly makes unwanted advances on female coworkers, also with zero consequences pay is below industry standard
