I spent over five years at SEOM, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity, especially considering I started with zero experience. The structure, training, and commitment to promoting from within are exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better boss and environment to start my career. One of the biggest strengths of SEOM is how well-rounded the experience is. You don’t just “do SEO.” You manage accounts, contribute to writing, handle technical work, and support development-related tasks. Some people may prefer more specialization, but the broad exposure makes you extremely capable and confident in future roles. There’s also strong coaching around leadership, mentoring interns, and helping junior team members grow, which prepared me well for taking on bigger responsibilities later in my career. Looking back now, especially after seeing how other agencies operate, I can confidently say SEOM prepared me exceptionally well.
