I worked at SHARP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great leadership and phenomenal culture. Staff is very hands on. They do their best to increase individual development. Managers really care.

    Cons

Strict on dress code. Strict on being late. They are doing an overall great job so I really enjoyed being an employee and apart of the Sharp Family.

    Advice to Management

Keep killing it. Great place to work. Maybe a little more understanding when people are only three minutes late. I mean things do happen and at least I was never five minutes late.
