The company has good relationships with its clients and the management of the company seems to be engaged in maintaining those same relationships.
Cons
There is very little room for recruiters to grow within the company or to become personally engaged in meeting clients. This makes for a disconnected atmosphere. There is almost no room for vertical growth within the company.
