Pros
ZERO. Unless you like working for evil people who like stealing money from the innocent. This is not a disgruntled worker post-- I'm begging you, don't do it. Yes, 6 figures in a year is too good to be true.
Cons
This is a common scam known as a "pyramid scheme." Illegal, but I'm sure they've found some loophole. Used to be CG International, which if you do a quick search, was drawing attention for the same thing. I went through the process and it got more and more ridiculously sketchy. DO. NOT. DO. IT.
