All of the people I work with across all of the different offices are great. The workload and types of activities are different each day so the job is never boring.
Cons
The pay is mediocre and there is limited upward mobility.
Advice to Management
Pay employees better and they might be more motivated to stay with the company longer.

I got some really good experience working here as i was placed in different departments overlooking various functions. Pay is good compared to industry average.

Work is pretty tough. Recruitment requirements are very high. We are required to do a lot of travelling.

Different problems every day which help to keep mind on work and continuously working overtime to solve problems. Majority line toeing people which gives enterprising people opportunity to work on new ideas.
