You will get the chance to do a little bit of everything as the organization is fairly small for an organization handling billions of $.
Cons
Smaller department also means that there’s less room to get promotions internally and to try different things without leaving the organization.

Guaranteed PhD funding for 3 years.
Cons
This is one of the bigger PhD scholarships in Canada & it's still not enough. Also it disqualifies you from applying for other university funding or awards.
