Pros

Starting entry level out of the hospitality industry this was a perfect fit. I was able to learn and thrive in a competitive and professional environment while applying my strengths of working with people and my work ethic. I was very much compensated for both. The training is extensive, but the growth doesn't stop there. Individuals in the team really care about each other success.

Cons

If one isn't able to put forth the effort with a great attitude, they won't get very far.

Pros

The employees of the company are all very friendly and helpful. Its really more of a team atmosphere than an employee feel. I've learned a lot in such a short period of time that will not only helpful in business but also outside of work. There's a system in place and it helps people with no experience be successful.

Cons

Might not be you're typical 9-5 job and I would never say its easy work. You have to apply yourself if you want success, and if you'd rather be compensated based of time versus effort/results might not be the best fit.
