      Pros

      Highly collaborative and no micromanaging. Team gives you lots of opportunities to learn, develop your skills and grow within the company.

      Cons

      Clients can be very demanding at times.

      Pros

      Company with big potential. Laid back, comfortable work environment. Friendly coworkers.

      Cons

      The building's parking structure is too small for the number of people working in the building (beyond just ScaleLab) making it a challenge even for people with permits to find spots. The parking management are lax about identifying and preventing non-permitted people from parking.

      Pros

      -Great millennial environment -As long as you get your work done there is a ton of creative freedom to be able to work on projects you want, learn new skills, and lots of opportunity for growth -Team oriented with lots of support and encouragement -Working in LA the past 4 years this is 100% the best company I have had the pleasure to work at and has amazing perks -So lucky to work for my supervisor (Ruben) who has so much experience and I finally feel like I have a mentor where I can be myself and learn a whole new extensive skill set in marketing, since I came here with mostly PR experience

      Cons

      - Not being able to work remotely on Fridays (only complaint) other than that I love it here and look forward to coming to work in the morning
