I worked at Schawk full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It provided insight and real life work experience. Some of my coworkers and client relationships were great.

    Cons

Management was not available. The entire company lacked communication. There was a lot of drama and favoritism. It was hard to be appreciated for your hard work other than from fellow coworkers, but never from management.

    Advice to Management

Be more involved, listen to your employees.
