Pros

None I have nothing good to say about this company your job will bore you to death and make you hate life and trust me I was a hardworker they lost a good employee. Have moved on to much better and brighter opportunity this is a dead end job and its prolly going under.

Cons

Terrible management, disrespect, drama, gossip, act like children if you want to work for sheep this is the place for you they don't care at all about you you are a slave to them if they let you go for no reason they will not pay for your last week of pay it t was a 3 week pay period and they only paid me for 2 stay far away from this company.

Well we're still here and still growing so very unlikely that we're going under anytime soon. I checked with HR and accounting and we've not had any calls about the last week of pay, so I'm perplexed why you spent the time to write this, but not to call and inquire about your pay question? Printing jobs are not for everyone and we understand that so we wish you the best with your new career path.

Pros

If you worked hard they would be more willing to give you overtime. But once you gained this status the bar was kept higher for you than your coworker

Cons

Management would hide a ton of information from us. They treated each week different from the last. Absolutely no thinking ahead. Never updated or maintained equipment until it basically fell apart and then would question why it broke and blame the employee using it. Absolutely no training they would throw you into something and then you either sink or swim. Literally had to ask every single day when we were supposed to come in the following day. Sometimes weekends were mandatory and we would never find out until Thursday on our way out. Very common to even get a text at 8/9pm that we were supposed to come in early the following day. The gossip in this place resembles a middle school and it starts with management. They would constantly start rumors and bully certain people while there was a disaster happening on the other side of the room. Even gossip about certain people getting fired and then you use them for another 5 weeks while everyone knew it was going to happen. Also heard rumors of going bankrupt several times. Knew of several managers that weren’t given a pay check for about two months. Literally couldn’t afford to buy paper IN A PRINT SHOP for weeks. Would order paper run up a bill with the vendor and then switch to another vendor until they were stuck. All of the good reviews posted on here are people that work in the front office because they get treated like a higher status and the rest of the company gets treated like 5 year olds. They literally had a Christmas party once without the rest of the company but used our tables and chairs to set up. And this was due to poor scheduling and no maintenance to machines that put our department into a panic and had to work 12 hrs 7 days a week while they had a Christmas party in the other room. Had to beg to not work on Christmas Eve because it became mandatory at the last minute. Very very glad this company is in the past. It would be hard to work for some place this physically and mentally draining for such little pay.

Thank you for your review. Current managers all have 4 year college degrees, but if one of our employees didn't have a degree and showed promise we would still promote him/her. We'll take work ethic, character and experience over a degree because there are somethings that you can't learn from a school. We've even paid for employees to obtain degrees/schooling so that they could advance.
