Deciding to move forward with layoffs was difficult, but it was outside our control due to macroeconomic conditions. Unfortunately, we were forced to take this path and part ways with amazing people. The market is a result of economic decisions made by congress and the fed that have led to inflation and increased interest rates. Plus the war in Ukraine. We have zero control over this.
