Be aware! this company is a total scam, I wasted 2 and half month with their slow interview process, there is only 2 people who's operating the brand. They seemed nice throughout the interview but their response time is way longer as they promised. The employer then called me to come in to work with them, which I was told there will be a meeting held to discuss brand strategy and such. Never happened. They only asked me to helped them polish their emails and give them all publication sources on the first meet. Turns out I only showed up to their condo's amenity and was told that we will be starting as in internship... which I assume that means they do not want to pay. *Please note that the job posting has indicated a 4 years + experience in digital marketing and is hiring part-time on indeed!* If they wanted internship then they should have posted as internship and clarify during the interviews. I can only assume that they are doing this to scam experienced people to work for free. While I understand the demands of a startup environment, I must express my disappointment with the ambiguity surrounding the hiring process. They are cheap and does not respect their employee's time. Lastly, their marketing manager asked me to polish his emails which seems to be a high school written skill. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. I have put in hours of work to help them with website and instagram audit without even ONE feedback. It feels like I am training their marketing guy the whole time instead of working together. You cannot learn a thing with startups like this. Total scam of my time energy and effort without any pay!
