Pros

The HR staff was nice

Cons

Mismanaged. They will hire you and fire you after you just complete 1 week of orientation training. No explanation. You could wait 3weeks for orientation to start, make all the arrangements for a daycare, spend money on work attire, and get to work e very day 15 minutes early(before either owners get there), to arrive the Monday following orientation training week get your office and go over the on call schedule that just got emailed the day before on Sunday. You might see that you are on call every 3-4 weeks instead of every 5-6. You might be excited at the opportunity to make 65k a year ( which might make you so happy if you were a single mom starting over with 2 young boys). You might also just prepare yourself for the biggest waste of your time, to be professionally disappointed and to be hired with a set of completely empty fake core values that hang on the wall. Be prepared to listen to the other employees complain a lot, and hear constant excuses why they aren't organized or actually training you.

Pros

Compensation was not terrible, but did not match the headaches.

Cons

Stay away from ServiceMaster "restoration holdings" (RRH). The ownership is out of touch with what is going on in their business. Essentially, the place is a revolving door for managers. Most quit, due to being treated poorly treatment. The average project manager is there for less than a year, I was told numerous times that I was just another "expendable employee". It is actually really sad how leadership does not see the problems. I had hope of things getting better, but once a little momentum gets going, ownership shakes things up and good employees flee. Unless you absolutely need the job and have no other options, I would stay away. -Culture is Terrible - I felt like the company would encourage me to be dishonest. -you are never off work. (not ownerships fault, just the industry)

Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive to say.

Cons

I would strongly recommend steering clear of this company as an employer or hiring them as your restoration company. The list of reasons for why I say this, is too long to write here. I quit, I was not fired, but I could not continue with the chaos and Madness that goes on at this company. I feel sorry for anyone who decides to work here or to hire this company as their restoration contractor. I worked there for 1 year and 3 months which made me one of the oldest employee there. This place is a revolving door due to the false promises and poor management.
