      Pros

      Company has been around long time and they are on most vendor lists in the area.

      Cons

      Company has become big corporate style with lots of changes, including useless reporting to people that have never sold anything before and don't understand how to really sell. Over the past 5 years the company is in a constant re-alignment with mgmt changes non stop, which has cost them loyalty from manufacturers, customers and long term top people leaving. Although they are on many vendor lists, they have hurt some of the relationships with their constant transitioning lately.

      Pros

      You get a pay check.

      Cons

      Everyone here stabs you in the back, and it is encouraged by management. If you violate a safety rule on accident or on purpose someone will file a report on you, instead of coming and correcting you so that you can work safe. Management put a incentive program in place that promotes this "snitch on your coworker instead of making sure they are actually safe" atmosphere.
